Bahram N. Vakil is a Founding Partner of AZB & Partners. He was a member of the Bankruptcy Law Reform Committee (which provided and led to the implementation of the IBC) and is currently serving on a Standing Committee that proposes amendments to the IBC including a Sub-Committee to examine a new law for Financial Service Providers. He is also on a Reserve Bank of India Task Force on the Development of the Secondary Market for Corporate Loans.
Bahram has served as a member on various other high-level government committees for financial reform, foreign direct investment and securities market reform.
