Judge Kent A. Jordan

Kent A. Jordan was appointed in 2006 to serve as a United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit. Before that, he was a United States District Judge for the District of Delaware from 2002 to 2006. He received a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from Georgetown University. He has been a federal prosecutor, a law firm partner, and an officer and director of privately held businesses and non-profit organizations. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania and Vanderbilt University.
