Nishant Kashyap is an assistant professor in the finance and accounting area at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He is an empirical researcher in corporate finance, with a specific interest in financial intermediation. Before joining IIM Ahmedabad, he completed his doctoral studies in Financial Economics at the Indian School of Business. He also holds a PhD in Finance from Deakin University.
