Swarnodeep Homroy is a Professor at the University of Southampton and the University of Groningen. His research interests lie in Corporate Finance—particularly in the areas of strategy, disclosures, and compliance—and their intersection with political economy, labour markets, and climate systems. His work has received third-party funding and has been published in leading journals, including the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Management Science, Research Policy, Journal of Corporate Finance, and the Review of Corporate Finance Studies. He currently serves as an Editor for Corporate Governance: An International Review and is a member of the board of directors for various nonprofit organisations.
