Vishal Baloria is an Associate Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Business. Vishal’s research examines settings in which firm behavior may have been predictably altered in response to economic, legal, and political institutions. His research appears in leading journals, including Contemporary Accounting Research, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science, and The Accounting Review. Vishal serves as an Ad Hoc Editor as a member of the editorial board at Contemporary Accounting Research.  Vishal eceived a PhD from University of Waterloo, an MBA from McMaster University, and a BBA from University of Toronto. He is a CPA (Canada).
